Amby Baby Europe Ltd is a company based in the United Kingdom at 7-10 Chandos Street, Cavendish Square, London, W1G 9DQ.

Orders placed at Amby Baby Canada are shipped from Delta, BC. Canadian GST will be charged at the point of sale. For order inquiries in both English and French, please feel free to contact us through the avenues listed on our contact page.

For orders to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, the HST rate of 14% will be charged instead of the 6% GST.

You will receive and email confirmation shortly after you place your order on-line.

Shipping Information:

Shipping and handling charges for all Amby hammocks, packages and accessories are shipped according to region at the following flat rates:

Canada - $35.00 CND flat rate, which is added your final order price. Shipping and handling charges for accessories only are $15.00 CND flat rate, which is added to your order.

Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of receipt. Your orders will be delivered by UPS standard service and take 4 to 8 business days, depending on your proximity to British Columbia. All packages can be tracked with your tracking number at or www.ups.com, or by logging onto our website.

You can request your tracking number in our customer center. This is an automated system that will return your tracking number if the order has been shipped.

Return Policy:

At this time Amby Baby does not accept returns.

As most parents can understand, once a hammock has been used – even for a few nights – they are next to impossible to resell. Our customers have commonly have babies who spit up frequently as a result of colic or reflux, not to mention the occasional diaper leak.

This is why we encourage you to explore our website and make sure this is a good purchase for you and your baby. We try to provide a wide range of information including our endorsement from Dr. Sears, to parent letters and pictures.

Warranty:

The Amby Motion Bed is unconditionally guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months, provided the unit is assembled per instructions and the washing instructions are followed. The Amby Baby company will repair or replace any faulty goods.  ***If you purchase a hammock and later decide to return the product, Amby does not warranty the product under these circumstances .
